Andrew is an Assistant Professor at Midwestern State University. Andrew graduated with his BS in Economics from the University of Central Arkansas before going on to obtain his MA at Miami University and his PhD from the University of Pittsburgh.
As an applied microeconomist, he uses causal inference econometric techniques to study the US economy during the Great Depression and New Deal era. His research has recently been published in Explorations in Economic History.
Andrew teaches Principles of Macroeconomics, History of Economic Thought, Comparative Economic Systems, as well as two data analytic courses in the MBA program.
Andrew's hobbies include pickleball, golf, cycling, collecting DVDs, reading history books, and sculpting.
