Dr. DeAndrea Davis is part of the Dillard College of Business faculty at Midwestern State University. Prior to joining MSU she was the Manager of Human Resources and Organization Development at United Regional Hospital. Formerly, she was the Director of Wealth Management at Northwestern Mutual and has over 21 years of investment banking experience. Before joining Northwestern Mutual, she worked for Wells Fargo, and her career path was highlighted in their corporate annual report.
Dr. Davis sits on various boards to include the Dillard College of Business Advisory Board and Work Services Corporation. Dr. Davis represents Sheppard Air Force as a civic leader. She holds several investment licensures and professional certifications, including Certified Financial Planner® and RICP®. Dr. Davis' research interests include strategic leadership, employee engagement, and business accountability.
She obtained her Bachelor of Business Administration and Master of Business Administration from Midwestern State University and attained her Doctor of Business Administration at the University of Dallas, December 2022.
DeAndrea considers herself a perpetually curious person and a citizen of the world. She is the daughter of a New Yorker and a Jamaican who grew up in "sunny" East London.
