Dr. Edward Schultz is currently is a Full Professor at the West College of Education at Midwestern State University (MSU. He is the co-author of the Core-Selective Evaluation Process (C-SEP) and has written numerous peer-reviewed articles, presented at the national and international level, and has provided trainings across the country to schools and state departments of education. Interests include SLD identification including Dyslexia , MTSS, and students with EBD.
