My background is a mix of hands-on IT support, device management, and building apps on the side. I recently finished my bachelor's in Information Technology at Strayer, with a focus on software development and a minor in AI. Before MSU, I spent years in telecom, helping people sort out their tech and figure out what actually works for them. That's where I learned that clear, patient communication matters just as much as the technical stuff.

When I'm not troubleshooting, I'm usually coding something... Python, Flask, React, you name it. If you've got a tech problem, stop by.
