My name is Mark Wright, and I have worked in the healthcare industry for nearly 20 years. I began my career as a diagnostic radiologic technologist, spending my early years working in the emergency department and surgical services. I later transitioned into leadership, managing an orthopedic specialty clinic imaging department for more than a decade.

In 2020, I stepped away from bedside care and moved into full-time leadership roles. During this time, I held leadership positions in Clinical Documentation Improvement and Health Information Management. In 2024, I returned to Radiology as the Director of Radiology and Outpatient Imaging Services.

My educational journey at MSU began in 2002 as a high school senior. I earned my Associate of Applied Science in 2007, Bachelor of Science in Radiologic Sciences in 2017, Master of Science in Radiologic Sciences (Administration) in 2019, and Master of Business Administration in 2024. I pursued each of these degrees while working full time, so I fully understand the challenges of balancing employment, coursework, and family responsibilities.
