Robyn Noblitt is the Priddy Scholarship Coordinator at Midwestern State University, where she supports first-generation students as they navigate college life and work toward their goals. She focuses on building strong relationships, helping students find their confidence, and making sure they feel supported every step of the way.

Before joining MSU, Robyn worked in a variety of administrative, coaching, and customer-focused roles that strengthened her ability to listen, problem-solve, and guide others. Her background in the military and her experience mentoring both new college students and transitioning veterans have shaped her passion for helping people move toward success with clarity and purpose.

Robyn holds a degree in administration from Oregon State University and continues to grow through leadership and professional development programs. Outside work, she enjoys writing poetry and giving back through mentorship. She loves being part of students’ journeys and is dedicated to helping them reach their full potential.
