Dr. Kristen Brown is currently a post-doctoral researcher in science education at Texas Christian University and an adjunct professor at Midwestern State University. Her research interests include teachers’ experiences with professional development, relationships between universities and in-service teachers, and alignment between high school and post-secondary science courses. She was previously a middle and high school science teacher, assistant principal, school district administrator, and university instructor.
