Bio

Wesley D. Cohoon is an Assistant Professor of Sociology at Midwestern State University, a Certified Clinical Sociologist, and has a Ph.D. in Sociology. Previously, he earned a professional doctorate, a Doctor of Ministry, which focused on application-oriented research to address organizational problems. Dr. Cohoon also has two master's degrees and has worked for nonprofits, governmental agencies, and corporations. In addition to his academic work, he is the owner and a consultant at SoVerge Consulting, which uses sociological theory, research, and practice to help organizations and individuals.
